Dead on Arrival (DOA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A product is considered <strong>Dead on Arrival (DOA)<\/strong> if it is non-functional upon first use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DOA claims must be reported within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tecosphere may require the product to be inspected by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized service center before approving a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return is due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An incorrect item supplied by Tecosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A damaged product received during delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A confirmed manufacturing defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tecosphere will arrange or cover the applicable return process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.
