Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our Customer Support team.


2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved after shipment, applicable shipping charges, handling charges, or other related costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.


3. Custom & Special Orders

Orders placed for:

  • Special-order products
  • Customized products
  • Products sourced specifically on customer request

cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or ordered from the supplier.


4. Order Cancellation by Tecosphere

Tecosphere reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment verification failure
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

If payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible.


5. Refunds After Cancellation

Approved refunds will be processed after cancellation confirmation.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.
