2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability and delivery location.

  • In-stock items are generally delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Some products may require additional processing or sourcing time.
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or order values.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

5. Delivery Address

Tecosphere is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to Tecosphere. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please notify Tecosphere within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or investigation.


10. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to Tecosphere if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
  • The shipment is refused by the recipient.
  • The package is returned by the courier as undeliverable.

Any refund or re-delivery will be handled according to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
