At Tecosphere, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the product:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables, labels, and promotional items (if any).
  • Shows no signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts.

All returned products are subject to inspection before approval.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers.
  • Software, software licenses, digital products, or activation keys.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

3. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A damaged product
  • A product with a manufacturing defect

Please notify Tecosphere within 24 hours of delivery.

Depending on the inspection results, Tecosphere may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund
  • Store credit

The final resolution will depend on product availability and the manufacturer’s or supplier’s policy.


4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

A product is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it is non-functional upon first use.

DOA claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Tecosphere may require the product to be inspected by the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or authorized service center before approving a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit.


5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item supplied by Tecosphere
  • A damaged product received during delivery
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

Tecosphere will arrange or cover the applicable return process.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.


6. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer after receiving the customer’s bank details.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.


7. Refund Deductions

Where applicable, the refundable amount may be reduced by:

  • Shipping charges
  • Payment gateway or banking charges
  • Other applicable service charges

8. Return Rejection

Tecosphere reserves the right to reject any return request if:

  • Return conditions are not met.
  • The product shows signs of misuse, damage, tampering, or modification.
  • The return request is made after the applicable return period.
  • The returned item does not match the original order.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the product upon delivery.
  • Reporting any damage, missing items, or incorrect products within the specified time.
  • Returning products securely packed with all original contents.
  • Providing accurate information for return and refund processing.
